A CHARTER ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTION 3 OF CHARTER ORDINANCE NO. 4, AND PROVIDING FOR SUBSTITUTE AND ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS ON THE SUBJECT OF THE AUTHORIZING AND ASSESSMENT OF MUNICIPAL COURT COSTS FOR CASES HEARD IN THE MUNICIPAL COURT OF THE CITY OF DOWNS, KANSAS.

Section 1. The City of Downs, Kansas, by the power vested in it hereby repeals Section 3 of Charter Ordinance No. 4 which provides for the assessment of court costs in municipal court in the amount of $10.00.

Section 2. All other provisions of Charter Ordinance No. 4 are hereby affirmed.

Section 3. Any court costs of the municipal court of the City of Downs, Kansas, shall henceforth be established by the governing body of the City of Downs, Kansas, by regular ordinance.
