Article 1. Law Enforcement
10-101 Law enforcement.
The law enforcement for the City of Downs shall be provided for by contract between the City of Downs and the Osborne County Sheriff’s Department. All personnel rules and regulations shall fall under the purview of the Sheriff Department’s regulations or agreement between the city and the Sheriff’s Department.
