AN ORDINANCE REPEALING CHARTER ORDINANCE NO. 1 OF THE CITY OF DOWNS, KANSAS.

Section 1. That Charter Ordinance No. 1 passed by the governing body of the City of Downs, Kansas, on the 3rd day of September 1963, be and the same is hereby repealed.
